Our platform guides buyers and sellers through a secure, verified transaction process. Each step is completed in order, helping both parties move toward closing with greater transparency.

If a buyer backs out, no success fee is ever charged — that fee only applies once a seller confirms a deal has actually closed, so nothing financial happens on the platform if it doesn't. The listing itself stays live, and the seller is free to continue talking with other interested buyers. Buyer identity verification fees are non-refundable, since that fee covers the verification service itself, regardless of how the conversation with that buyer turns out.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

My Business Is Your Business is designed for owners who already have a buyer, or who prefer to work directly with buyers, and want a secure, transparent, verified process without broker commissions.
